Yooginong Guesthouse is located under a 10-minute walk from Mangwon Subway Station (Line 6) and offers private and dormitory-style rooms as well as a rooftop terrace with views of surrounding neighbourhood. WiFi is accessible in all areas of the hostel.

Featuring hand-made wooden furniture and beds, each room at Yooginong comes with air conditioning, clothes racks and a small desk. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Free toiletries are provided in female guest rooms.

Guests are free to enter the garden or use the shared kitchen and lounge areas. There are a library, a spacious seating area with a large flat-screen TV and an outdoor seating area. Guests can request laundry services at a fee.

Through Hapjeong Subway Station (Line 2 and 6), located 10 minutes’ walk away, guests can reach the lively Hongdae area in a 5-minute subway ride on Line 2 and the more international Itaewon area in a 20-minute subway ride on Line 6. The War Memorial of Korea on Samgakji Station is a 10-minute subway ride on Line 6, and Myeongdong shopping area is a 20-minute subway ride away on Line 2.

Very comfortable place.
Very comfortable place. Made some friends while I was staying there. Staff always around and very helpful. The owner kept and sent a package for me when the post office was closed the day I left!

Could be the best, but one staff ruined it.
Nice house, nice owner, clean. Owner was very helpsome, a little shy but very good english. There was free bikes at disposal and it's situated in a super good area, very local and hip at the same time (mangwon area). Quite spacious house, I had a lot of luggage so that was important.
What made the stay uncomfortable was the one night staff that made the whole houses atmosphere into Siberia. Unfriendly, arrogant, noisy to the extreme, didn't want to help, sighing and rolling eyes. There's an extremely cosy common room and that's what made me choose yooginong, but said staff made it seem unwelcoming. Seeing that no one hung out there despite it being so nice, make me think the one staff, by himself, made people avoid the common room. By what I understand, he had only been there one week, and I do hope he wont stay much longer and make such a nice guesthouse into an unwelcoming place, because staff in a guesthouse is one of the most important points. I was there for a week and began my one year in korea there, hoping to meet people and friendly staffs. I regretted booking a whole week because I didn't want to go home to that atmosphere.

Noisy nice place
Good atmosphere and many travellers to chat with. I also loved the neighborhood, many restaurants and shops and a marketplace nearby. Owner was also super nice and helpful
It wasn't that peaceful, lots of noice and slamming of doors at night time. Breakfast wasn't anything special just toast, cereal, jam and instant coffee. They only accepted cash payment

Peaceful hostel in a great location
This is the second time I've stayed at this guesthouse. Noey is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the guesthouse is so peaceful. Very quiet - you'd never know that there were other people staying there. The location is good - walking distance to two subway stations. Breakfast is simple, but good. I will definitely be staying here again.
